1. Fill up the ORDER FORM

2. Check you email within 24hours. (Check in the SPAM also). Please check your email regularly to make sure you are a serious buyer.

3. We will send you an email to confirm your order. We'll provide account numbers once we confirm your order (MAYBANK, CIMB, & PUBLIC BANK).

4. Item will be reserved for you after that.

5. Make your payment within 2 days & reply us with transaction attachment. Orders are canceled otherwise.

6. If you want to cancel or change an order, please contact us rapidly at lovelyzahrah@gmail.com and we will do our best to cancel or change, if it is not too late.

6-10 shawls = RM 9

1 cloth = RM 6
2-3 clothes = RM9

(Sabah&Sarawak)
1-5Shawls/1Cloth =RM9
6-10Shawls/2-3Cloth =RM14

8. COD only at our place. Giant Kinrara or ESSO Puncak Jalil 8

9. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.

10. We are NOT responsible for any lose/damaged goods during shipment of the item(s).
